Born On Date

Who establishes the Born on Date(the manufacture Date)? The manufacturer after assembly or completion. Or when the home is delivered to the dealership?

Never heard that term before...MSO's usually are dated the day of the invoice...which is usually the day the home is shipped to the dealer...plus or minus a day..

Most often homes are delivered to the dealer the next transportation day after it is completed..

Now..my question...why would this be important???
