MH finance NJ land lease

I'm looking for finance for MH in a park under land lease I am a mortgage broker and need to find finance for 50 to 60 MH a year in NJ under land lease, single and double wide homes
Not looking for the internet finance pages, looking for banks or other financial institutions that deal with mortgage brokers
