You can go to
www.nada.com and pay $30 for a detailed report or send me the make and model and size and I will look it up for you based off of North Texas area pricing. It is going to depend on where you live and the local economy though and of the old saying "It is worth only what someone is willing to pay you for it."

I own a 1998 Brighton Redman 16x80 mobile home. It is in excellent condition. All electric. 3 bed/2bath. shingled roof. vinyl siding. skirting. new upgraded carpet and wood look vinyl flooring. I wanted to know the value of the home. I did not want to have to pay for any in depth detailed report from nada. I just wanted to know a price range for selling the home and need to know an appropriate asking price that a bank would consisder okay for financing. Please reply if you can help me. thanks.

Assuming you are in Luisiana, a chattle lender would probably lend a little over 20K including the moving and setting up, skirting, steps, a/c install. If you are selling it where it is, then they will probably lend around 15K. This is based on the NADA book value.
