The Manufactured Housing Forums

I'm looking for a small mobile home for an elderly friend. She wants just a one bedroom/one bath. I'm wondering if anyone makes a home specifically designed for seniors... with extra wide doorways, bath railings, even shorter counters and cabinets.

II know there are manufactured homes that are made for handicapped, wide doors for wheelchairs, rails in bath, lower counters, etc. Ask some of the dealers in your area. I know Palm Harbor makes them (I was there yesterday) and I think there are others.
