1973 Villa West

I just bought an 1973 Villa West 2 bedroom 2 bath needs some tlc, like paint inside and all but is in fairly good shape. The home has the original aluminum vertical skirting, its ugly to say the least what would all you, with experience and other, suggest i do to replace this? Thanks oh by the way i live in Southern Calif around 40 miles east of Los Angeles, so no problem with cold weather snow and the sort thanks for any help Chuck

I would leave it if its in good shape.You can pressure wash it and then paint it of you like.Since this is a pre HUD home it more then likely has very little wall stud support for anything more then the aluminum.

Thanks i might just do that the more i look at the amount of skirting id have to replace and as you say the supports not there think i will do as you suggested, thanks again for your help. Chuck
