Liberty Homes

Can someone tell me how they would rate the Liberty Home on a scale of 1 to 10. We have looked at them and like the floor plans and interiors. But what kind of quality can we expect? I do know that models are usually better prepared than a home delivered directly to the buyer. What about quality of materials etc? Of course contact with the manufacture will heavily biased so we can expect that. We are living in a Hart home at present and it is fairly good. Scale of 1 to 10 probably about a 6 or 7 at best. We will await all the responces from you more experienced folks. Thanks. DON

If you rate Hart at 6 or 7, my guess is you would rate Liberty at 1 or 2. All standard materials in a Liberty would be inferior to what you have in a Hart, but you can upgrade everything, some to better than Hart. My experience has been that Liberty has rather poor workmanship. That really is their largest shortcoming. They do have some great floorplans.

Trmimo is close, Hart has been slipping lately, and depending where the liberty is built makes a difference,
The Liberty Plant in PA is better then most, but still only a 4.
