Howdy, I have a 1980-3 Redmond Flimingo Mobil that I think is beyond repair--grey plastic plumbing leaks ,repairs needed often, metal roof leaks from air-cooler water damage, getting worse all the time , floor is bad in many spots, and A/C wires burned out underground. Much more repairs needed also.

Well the home is 24 years old...like any 24 year old home it will require substantial maintenence....plumbing..wiring..cabinets..flooring...nothing will last forever...It requires constant work to keep ANY 24 year old home up to date and functioning well..
