foundation/slab issues`

I bought a manufactured home about 7 years ago. It was set on a concrete slab with a decorative foundation wall that bears no weight. My slab has since cracked and every spring and fall my home twists, bends and the walls crack. I have talked to several people and the consenus is that my home needs to be reset. I was thinking of drilling holes and pouring pillars below the frost line outside of the current slab and put the home on I beams. This would be the most cost effective way I can come up with wothout moving the home totally off of the slab. It would also give me a place to start a wraparound deck from the ends of the beams sticking outside of the current foundation wall.
My question is how many beams would I need and how far apart should they be? My home is 28' x 56" . I was thinking 32' beams would work nicely but haven't been able to even get a price on the web. Am I missing anything ? Would greatly appreciate your opinion as an expert.

If you have your original owners manual...there will be a set up diagram and instructions..the home will best serve you if you use them..
