We have been living in our new 28x80 for almost 2 months. In the past couple of weeks, we have noticed some things that have us a little worried and we really need some input and hopefully reassurance!!

There are a few spots in the floor throughtout that are starting to feel a little "soft". These spots do not really sink or anything, they just don't feel quite as firm as other parts of the floor. (The home is set up on blocks.)

The other thing is that the beams that run from the middle house seam to the outside walls have become visible. They are not sagging, but you can see a slight bump where each beam is.

We love this house so far and have no major complaints. We are hopeful that these "problems" are really just typical occurrences and that you all can offer us those reassurances or tell us what is going on and what to do about it! Thanks!!

Ooops! In case you didn't understand b/c I forgot to mention it, the beams we are seeing are in the ceiling!

Sounds like a moisture problem. Make sure that your dyer is vented to the outside of the home, that you have a vapor barrier under the house and that you don't have any leaks, either plumbing or roof.
I would call the dealer about the floor softness now. The ceiling may be less of an issue or it may be the same issue. If you smoke, that can cause the inconsistencies in the ceiling to become obvious. But, report it to your dealer, and have them come out and take a look at it. it may be you are just now noticing where the drywall joints in your ceiling are. I have found that many customers see them for the first time in the evening when they look up in a room that is lit by a lamp. This causes ceiling imperfections to be much more obvious than they are in ambient daylight.

The above advise is good. ALso check the black plastic like covering that is installed on the underside of the floor, any holes or tears can allow ground moisture to collect in the floor cavity and cause soft spots.
