Warranty Info on '03 Pioneer modular

I have a 2003 Pioneer Modular and need warranty info. Any suggestions? My back door isn't level ... along with other doors in the home...and began leaking...on the bottom...majorly. The floors are going to have to be replaced if it isn't fixed soon. Any suggestions on how I can get info? Or how to fix the crooked door?

The dealer is not helping the situation either...no info coming from him.

I have posted to your other inquiry...but did not realize you had a modular...there is no required warranty..for both dealer and manufacturer for a modular home..There is NO government agency to help you..You will have to take up all of your action with the dealer..he is the only one with any responsibility..since Pioneer is gone...Get a good attorney..

Is this a Pioneer Modular home of the company located in Woodbury Heights, NJ ??? If so, then please tell me if you are satisfied (other than this problem) with your purchase, and if you purchased this home NEW ?

I am in the market for a modular home and am considering Pioneer of NJ.
