Located in South Central Kentucky and operating as a licnesed KY Mortgage Broker we get many inquiries concerning home/land financing (both refinance and purchase). We have established a couple of relationships that can handle chattels however we do not have a lender that does land/home deals. Looking for some information on this subject.
