Manufactured home deprecation

I have a 1996 Fuqua in real good condition. Problem is we have been trying to sell it since 1999. The asking price has dropped from $76,000 to $61,000. This is the lowest it can go for us. Since that is the amount we owe. Others in our park are selling as low as 39,000. The park is very nice and well maintained. It is not a typical park since all homes have attached one and two car garages. We are a family of five living in a 2bd 2 bath. What should we do to get out? We never realized that we would take such a loss buying a manufactured home in a park.

Unfortunately you have the hardest home to sell...2 bedroom...dealer no longer inventory many 2 bedrooms because they cannot sell them ...

In todays lifestyle...almost every woman wants a special office/computer room to put this beast we are all using...That means 4 and 5 bedroom homes have taken over the most of sales..even those who really only need 2 bedrooms are buying 3 bedrooms..1 for the puter..
