Well just wanted to say, it IS possible! After being turned down by many lenders I found via the internet, we went into a local banking center and got approved immediately. We had 30% down which helped tremendously but I just wanted to give some hope to people like us! We bought a '98 Clayton Apollo. The price was SO right and it came furnished with a brand spanking new living room suit and brand new berber carpeting thru-out! Yippee!
Now for the fun part: moving!
