Land and home deals + some other questions.

I live in NY and was wondering if anyone knew of a Manufactured Home dealer that offers the home and the land. ( the NY, NJ, PA area is fine if need be) My credit is good and I am looking to put down around $30,000 including closing and all. (I have a few thousand more stashed away for emregencies if necessary though) I have searched but haven't been able to find anything.
Also does anyone know of a Manufactured Home dealer that does custom work and or can recommend a good company that has experience in combining two manufactured homes.
I am just trying to cover all my bases and have more than one plan so if one doesn't work out I have a back up.
