selling my MH

My husband passed away and I need to sell my Manufactured Home. I've been trying to find someone to help me but all I get are people telling me I'm stuck in this home because it is in a park, and that if I want to sell it all I can do is sell it on contract because I don't own the land it sits on. This is very hard for me to believe. I have a fairly new home it was built in 1999 it has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths it is 1782 square feet. Its a beautiful home and in excelant condition. I need someone to help me find a buyer. I live in a good community very near the Las Vegas strip, that is why we moved in here because I work on the strip. I can't believe this home is worth nothing just because it is in a park, if someone could help me with any information on who to contact and how to go about selling this home I would greatly apprectiate it.
