I am stuck with a practically brand new MH, i cannot afford payments anymore, my mortgage co is willing to do a Take Over Of Equity, all the buyer has to do is pay the MI sales taxis there any brokers out there who can help, i dont want to make a profit, i just want to get out from under it, pleaze
