comming apart
I had a new roof put on last year. They took of the roof cap and now my double wide is comming apart. How do i fix it?
Re: comming apart
What Brand of House is it??
Is It a composition Roof or a Metal roof??
Did they put down Metal Flashing and then Ply-Dry before they put on the Rig Row?
Is it coming apart at the Rig row?

Re: comming apart
It is a silver creek, and it has a composition roof, as for what i was told the roofer took of the metal flashing and did not replace it. and yes it is coming apart at the rig row.

Cynthia,
I'm not real sure what to tell you , but at the ridge the home has to be , connected in one of three ways to conform with HUD
1 the ridge must be bollted every 2 ft with lag bolts
2 must have 2 in galvanized staps every 12in
3 a continious run of 12ga flashing
your roofer should have checked this when redoing the roof and replaced what was orginal .
if this house is beginning to seperate , it will most likely have to be re-leveled and rebolted/connected
You can ask the roofer and see if he will help.
