AZ ?...Can I move an affixed home?

We have a 2002 Marlette 32x78 dw and we're moving to other property we have. While we've picked out a new house, the prices have skyrocketed from concrete to metal buildings, etc.
Our current home is affixed, has brick skirting, tied down, patio, etc. Can this home be "unaffixed with the county" and moved? With the cost of stuff tripling, it seems less inexpensive to leave the property's septic, the house's slab for the patio and leave the garage. Just as to let you know, our $8900, 30x36' metal garage is now $25000 to build. The concrete that cost $3,000 is now $7000!
Also, could we reuse the brick skirting?
Any AZ people out there know offhand? We're in Pinal County.
