When we purchase a doublewide, should we expect to pay the price they are asking or should we try to negotiate a better price like we would on a car lot?

Back in the 70`s with the adoption of the HUD code that regulates the construction of manufactured homes, we stopped shooting customers who attempt to negotiate a better price!
You are NEVER obligated to accept any asking price, for any thing you purchase. Most retailers expect you to seek a better price... its only human. Make an offer. Start low so you have room for flexibility and can accept a reasonable counter-offer from the seller.
The absolute worst thing that can happen is that the seller can say no. Before you start to shop take a look at How To Buy A Manufactured Home And Save Thousands Of Dollars. This book, by Randy Eaton, is available for instant download and will show you how to negotiate the best price possible by taking you through a step-by-step process that works very well for many buyers.
