We are moving our 28x90 double wide. This time we will be on prarie clay. I plan to pour 4 solid runners. How deep and wide should they be? Or will individual 24's be enough?

If you opt for a runner system, consider a transverse runner, ie the correct number, across the width of the home, as opposed to lenthwise. Proper planning may also allow you to provide necessary column support on the marriage thru the transverse system, which you will not achieve with four longitudinal runners.

Roy is right!
Space the runners about 8' apart and watch for the marriage line opening 4' or larger that need support as well.
Also watch for patio doors and such along the side wall that need support.
