We are ready to purchase a new home. The place we've chosen to purchase from carries these three brands of homes. We love the looks of all three,but now are concerned about the energy part. We do not want high utility bills. Anything we should look for before we buy? Are any of these better built homes? Such a big decision.

If energy is important...be sure your home is Energy Star Cetified..which will require an onsite inspection after delivery..
