Any Champion Home Owners out there?

My husband and I have finally agreed on what style home we like; after months of searching for a new (modular) home. We have to go modular because the community we have chosen is restricted to modular or stick-built homes. Now I would like to know the honest opinions of current Champion home owners.

Champion is the largest manufacturer out there...20% or more of all factory built homes are from them...I am sure there are many owners here..They sell under scores of different name brands..
