Mostly the answer will depend on what you perceive as value...Quality construction...price per sq foot...finish options...foundation options.....

The list goes on and on...EVERY home sold is the best value for the money to the person who bought it..or they would have bought another home..

The best thing you can do is visit the bookstore on this web site and buy 1 or 2 of the books designed to help the customer buy a home..This will give you much info on the decisions you have to make...then find homes in your area that have the items you find important..Good Luck
