Holiday homes for British visitors.
Holiday homes for British visitors.
Hello!
I spend several months of the year in a nice mobile in the Daytona Beach area.
As a Senior I enjoy my winter in the sun--just like a regular 'snowbird' ----the only difference being that I fly over from England.Although my situation is not unique my experience informs me that I am a comparitively rare 'bird'.
As visitors we are allowed to stay for 90 days and as we have homes and families in the UK we are not a threat or a burden on the State. On the contrary we pay our taxes just like anyone else and actually contribute to the economy. In addition we don't have a serious language problem(once we get the hang of it!) -- and appear to fit in very well with our neighbors.
The whole process I find simple and relatively inexpensive. In fact it is by far the best move I have made in years.
The point of my mesage is that my experience could be replicated many many times. It occurred to me that I could find a large number of Brits who may wish to try my experience for themselves.I would put together a package for interested parties and be willing to meet one on one(where possible) to answer queries. Also I have devised a method of obtaining inexpensive air tickets to Orlando.my job is therefore to take care of the process on this side of the 'pond'
On arrival an interested company representative would take over the remainder of the operation.I am sure that a very high proportion would be happy to purchase a home of some kind.I recognise that there are lots of details yet to be filled in but should anyone express an interest please feel free to e-mail me explaining how you would wish to work with me.
Sincerely
Robert Eardley

Great marketing idea for someone in Florida...Might even work with other areas of Europe...Florida manufactured home communities have been very successful attracting our Canadian neighbors...Why not Europeans as well...
