Closing the House

I'm going to have to close up my home for anywhere between 4 to 8 months. Is there any preparation that I need to do?. I'm going to keep the furnace and air on so the temp does not go below 65 and no higher than 90.
Should I drain water from the house and what about the well and septic? Should I drain the well pressure tank?
Any recommendations?
