Perm Foundation

I am looking to add a perm. foundation to my doublewide 28x64 how is the best way to do it & what is best to use (for appearance & building purposes)

By permanent foundation are you meaning a permanent skirting or a permanent foundation such as blocks on concrete footers, runners or a slab?
Sounds as if you may mean skirting.
The skirting that I like and is most permanent that I can think of is Brick or Block your choice but I like Brick the most. I would not brick up the home unless it is on a permanent foundation such as footers.
