Any information--sweetwater home

I am in the process of buying a 1998 sweetwater doublewide in FL, for a vacation home, I saw something that said the company went bankrupt, but I was curious as to how well they built their homes....the trailer appears to be in great condition, like new condition actually, But I have never owned a mobile home, so I am a little nervous anyway, regardless of the manufacturer. Any information would be greatly appreciated...thank you!
