I am looking for mobile home wholesale lenders.

What part of the Country are you in?

The only one I have come across so far is JCF and I haven't tried to place a loan through them yet.

I am looking for mobile home wholesale lenders also. I am a broker and can broker regular housing loans, but need a source for mobile homes.

I work for Origen Financial in Ft. Worth, Texas. We finance new and used homes. I am looking for brokers in Texas. If you know of any brokers, please e-mail me a list. I sell repo's for Origen. thanks

We are a broker also. We offer 20% of our fees to other brokers who send us deals. We specialize in manufactured homes and that's all we do. It's much different than with stick built homes. If you are interested, let me know. We'll be happy to pay you for just sending the deal our way.
