I have been look at a Champion Home Model C327. It is new 4 bedroom 2 bath 2052 square feet. I was wondering if you could give many any insight on Champion Homes. Good or Bad. I was also wondering if 84000.00 is a reasonable price.

I think you have made a good deal with your Champion home.

We purchased a Champion (this month) and it is 2,025 Sq ft with all the options from sky lights to the "ultimate kitchen", 5/12 roof pitch and full drywall, etc. and we paid 83,000. So you are in the ball park.
