my new manufactured home is sagging in the middle 1-1/2 inches in 15 feet, is this allowable by the industry or is there an allowable amount? is there documentation to support this? thanks, harold miller

Something is not right at all...

Home should be level..

Would need much more info to help..is the home a single section..or double section...exactly where is the sag...is the home blocked up to the requirements of the set up manual...You should have a copy...check it out.

we do have a copy of the setup manual, but it doesnt say anything specific about whats allowable, just says incorrect setup will cause sags,out of square doors, popping,creaking,and other problems, all of which we have, it is a multi section home, i guess the old ones were called double wides, according to the manual, it is missing a few supports, but the dealer says the manual is showing typical setup in a housing community, ours is a transverse I beam support setup, but the manual says NO FURTHER THAN 8 FEET ON CENTER BETWEEN PIER SUPPORTS. but we have 3 that exceed that amount, one is 15 feet from the other.
