DW moved and setup for under 10K?

In the Oklahoma City area, is it possible to purchase a DW not too old, move it, set up for under 10k?

Am I asking too much? I found an older SW to move and set up for around 4k.

I'm trying to find a DW to put on a lot that would be financable, while spending the least amount of money for the best return on a quick sale. Got the lot cheap, it's valued at 11k.

Any ideas? Thanks...

You're not being realistic in your thinking. If the lot is marketed as is, the new purchaser can add the home of their dreams to the lot. If you purchase an older model home, first of all, the cost will escalate past your initial estimate, as it always does. Secondly you narrow the field of potential buyers, to those who want an older model home. It will cost as much to set up the older model, as it will to set up a new home, but the cost will not be spread over the value of the home, as it would be with a larger price tag. Sell the lot the way it is, and let the new purchaser concern themselves with the financing. Dealers selling new homes have a variety of financing options available to them to include the land in the deal.
