I was wondering if you could give me some information of some banks that will finance the purchase of a mobile home in CT. I can't seem to find any!

Hello, I have a 1975 double-wide manufactured home (24x50) permanently attached to the land (about 43x102) and have a buyer very much interested in purchasing it but needs finance. It is a 2/2 with a concrete screened porch and completely remodeled. I can send you pictures. This manufactured home is within a community of homes from 1973 up to 2004 in South Florida. The home with land has been appraised at about $85,000. Do you offer financing?

I do not know of any banks in CT that will finance but I can finance Manufactured homes there Chattel or Land and Home through a mortgage company. E-mail me or call me and I will see how I can help you.
