we are completely new to mh and we want to buy land in northern ca and put a mh on it. we would like about 2300 to 2500 square ft house. what will it cost us to buy one and to have it constructed? thanks angela

I am sure you will get a few responses here from folks who are familier with the area....
Also...check out what resales are in the area you want to move to..the MLS service here to the left of this post has 29 homes listed in CA...I am not familier with the community names...but I am sure a few are in the North..
Also...you should search listing in other sources for the area..
