Lot rent

When i bought this mobel home i was told that our lot rent would not increase .I have a paper stating this .How can they continually put our lot rent up.Espeacally when i have this signed paper stating they will keep it at what it was when i bought this place . please help me Thank you H. Mcgee

Take your paper to a paralegal or attorney.If it is legal binding they will tell you and you can go from there.However;it probably isn't,though but it never hurts to check.
