The Manufactured Housing Forums

I was wondering if you could tell me how the repossession process works for Manufactured homes. My mom is 3 months behind on her rent and we were going to pay the back-owed amount and the manager told us that we couldn't pay it and that it was out of her hands. We would just like to know how much time my mom has left before she is physically locked out of her home so that we could make arrangements for her and her things.

Is she late on her lot payments? Or house payments? Do they have a judgement? If I were you [and it is the home itself she is behind on] I'd call the lender. If it is the Lot, the Attorneys involved would be able to help you with that answer. Good Luck.
