Selling a doublewide home

Hello all. Thank you for taking the time to read this. My wife and I are considering selling our home which is currently on a foundation. We are talking about the possibility of selling the home and then either building or putting a newer home on the land. Who should we be talking to? Is the process difficult to put the wheels on the home and move it to a new location? Any help or experiences anyone can share would be greatly appreciated. If more information is needed please let me know that too, I just was not sure what else to put here. Thanks again!
