I have a double wide with underpending and would like to put a "permenant" brick or cinderblock foundation under the home. I would also like to do this myself, does anyone have an idea on how to do this?

Ok, Several things, if you live in a place where it gets freezing temps, you need to put a footing below the frost line. Otherwise the enclosure will rack the house.
Make sure that you keep the right amount of ventilation for the crawl space. 1 sq ft of ventilation for every 150 sq ft of home.
Put a vapor barrier under the home, eliminate any holes in the grading under the home.
Make sure your dryer exhaust and air conditioner drain discharge outside of the home.
Give plenty of access doors for service.
Anything else?
