Problems with new home

Should I expect these problems to be taken car of? These are not manufacture issues but installation - I think.
Thanks.
1. Air Conditioning drain is right under house. Shouldn't the ac water drain outside and away from house?
2. Screen for sliding glass door is missing.
3. Some pieces of wook on deck steps are split.
4. No flood lights. The fixtures are installed; however, no light bulbs.
5. Crawl space door. We emphatically told the worker to put the crawl space door at a particular spot and it ended up on the other end of the house.

Assuming you purchased the new home from a dealer; and assuming the AC, Skirting, etc. was provided by dealer authorized sub-contractors, you should (if you haven't already) contact the dealer to send out the AC sub-contractor to move the drain outside the home, the skirting contractor to relocate the crawl space door, and the dealer maintenance person should replace the screen and install the light bulbs, the decking sub-contractor should be sent out for the deck problems. These problems are normally coordinated by the dealer, if they sold you a set package with the sub-contractors.
Several MH manufacturing comanies hold their dealers to a CSI index (Customer Service Index) based on repair calls after the sale in setting of new home. If your dealer is rated by the manufacturer, then they will be interested in working with you on these repairs.

Item 1....should be drained outside of home....see homeowners manual for proper set up..
Item 2....screen should be there....
Item 3....if the splits are minor...maybe not required...but would be a good policy for a dealer to keep you happy..
Item 4....Very few homes come with light bulbs..this is usually the buyers responsibility..
Item 5...again..probalby not required by any code...but unless there is a good reason for the placement (often near utility connections for easy access)..the dealer should get his contractor to take care of just to keep you happy..
Good Luck

in some circumstances the crawl space door is restricted by local and building codes, it has to be a certain size many tomes and a certain height and width , and is sometimes required to be within certain distandce to water inlet and cutoff etc. ac drain drain should be outside are sure this couldnt be hot water overflow pipe? which in saluda co sc and fha is supposed to be outside perimeter. and if splits are not to extent that treads are coming apart may just be normal drying of wood , and please dont take this the wrong way, but just buy some bulbs.
