I'm interested in buying a manufactured home or 2 to either rent or resell but I'm having trouble finding anybody that will give me this type of loan. I have excellent credit but need to find someone that will give me a low money down loan. Do you have a program that will work for me. I'm in Az. Thanks Brian - 6024487733

Most of the financing listed on this site are for consumer loans...commercial loans are handled by totally different branches of national lenders..You should talk to the commercail loan officers of banks in your area..
