Septic Tank location

Do you suggest placing a MH over a septic tank? As long as you have access to pump out, is it a problem?
No.
One,How would you roll the home over it without damaging it.Two,you're just asking for all kinds of (possible) messy stinky problems down the road.A septic tank and field is one area you don't want problems in down the road.Put the tank and drainfield beside the house where cars won't be driving over it.The only kind of tank that can hold the weight of a car over it is a fully concrete encased ultra shallow type.Even in that type its not a good idea to drive over it or the drainfield on a regular basis.I doubt your local codes would allow it anyway(if you have any in your area)
