Buying a model home off of the lot

Hi,

We are considering purchasing a Liberty Model off the lot. It is discounted about 10K as they are making room for new models. It is beautiful and seems to be well built, are there any known problems with Liberty homes or things we should especially look for?

I am concerned about them tearing it all down again and resetting it up on our property. Is this going to be a problem for us or present any problems in the future?Any problems with this that we should watch out for, make stipulations for, etc?
