We are trying to title a MH which was abandoned on a piece of property when we bought it. We would like to know if there is a way to tell who manufactured the home. It has been remodeled and all the information plates are missing. We do have the serial # from the frame.

If you have the complete serial number, you should be able to take that information to the division of motor vehicles, or whatever the approprate titling agency is in your state, and do a search for the rest of the info.
