I have a mobile home in Wylie, Texas (north of Dallas) that is 18 years old. (I live in Austin, TX) I have been told by park management that it is now to old and no longer fits the standards of the park. If I agree to pay about $3,000 they will fix it up. At this point, I can probably only sell it for $5,000.
The park recommended that they could put me in touch with a wholesaler to buy it. Do you have any recommendations for a wholesaler in the Dallas area that I can contact? Do you have any other suggestions?
