We have a doublewide that has had multiple renovations, including siding. We have the serial # and would like to know how we can go about finding the manufacturer name and year built.
Serial # Starts with EO

Why not check the title for the home, or the data plate, if still intact? The serial number, if newer than 1976, will contain an abbreviation for the manufacturer's name, and the state in which it was constructed.

The home was abandoned on the property we bought, so there is no title. The serial # tag is EO followed by 4 numbers. There is nothing else on the tag except the company name of the tag manufacturer.
