To whom it may concern,

I have recently purchased a manufacture home which is a double wide 26x44 which sits on a full foundation. I am trying to refinance the loan that I got to purchased it because it is a 3/27 type loan. I am trying to get a 30 year fix. The house is on lease land because we pay a lease even though we are the landlords. We have purchased this land 3 years ago and are poaying on it. I guess my question is why am I having a hard time to get a loan? Can you help me.??? I live in Derry, NH 03038
