Hello,
Could anyone tell me a good source for finding the forms needed for selling a manufactured home? We're working on selling ours (with a short sell) and need the forms that apply to mfg. homes. Thank you!

This issue can change state to state. In most states, the controlling document is the title for the home. This along with a Bill of Sale is generally what is required, assuming there is no land involved. A check with the division of motor vehicles, or what ever the correct name is for the agency in your location, will give you the correct information.
