Hi, We are looking at buying the Cavalier Power house. This is the new 2004 one with 2 by 6 sidewalls 16" on center, 2 by 4 interior walls, 2 by 4 marriage walls 16" on center, 2 by 8 floor joists, uni wall seamless wall board, zone 3 insulation and more. Anyway another dealer said that she had customers that had problems with the cavalier homes falling apart after six months and that their service was terrible. She said they were fixing to file a law suit over it. Because she was a dealer and wants our business I am not sure she is telling the truth. I was wondering if you knew anything about cavaliers. Also, if you could tell me what a fair price for this home is. Thankyou for your time.

I've been in my 2002 powerhouse nearly two years and mine hasn't fallen apart yet.

Service IS terrible though. It was easier for us to fix the issues ourselves. If there's a lawsuit I want in.
