I am buying a 1989 Hallmark and I want to replace the single pane windows. Is this a difficult task?

The sills have water damage and need to be replaced. I was thinking of putting in larger windows inorder to remove the existing sills. Any experience with replacement windows or water damaged sills?

If you will check with mobile home supplier, in your area, replacement windows are available at reasonable prices. Thermapanes are available in the same size as the single panes, and represent an easy fix.
