The Manufactured Housing Forums

We plan to have a new double put on our lot by the end of this year. We now have a lovely single in excellent condition..fully furnished, new appliances, carpeting,etc.First of all, can our single be sold and be taken off our property by the buyer or do we just have to have it carted away by the manufacturer?
Secondly, is it better to go directly to the manufacturer or to a retailer to buy our new home? Any reputable places you can direct us to in the Ft.Myers, Florida area? Thank you
