I just bought A Homes of Merit out of Lake city Florida and am not to happy with there workmanship. What information do you all have on them?

I ordered mine from that plant last week.
what problems are you having & who was the dealer you went through ?
the dealer should help to correct any problems.

Generally they are considered one of the best..although they do build more than 1 model..each with different specs...

The other thing is they are one of the best in the industry for factory service...

All that said..you should be talking to your dealer and the plant service department about your concerns...Make a complete list of all your obervations and send them in writing to the plant and the dealer...

Be assured they will do all they can to satisfy you..

Did you ever look at the HOM bult in Bartow? I have been looking and am getting ready to purchase one built there. I have done a lot of looking and I think they are one of the best. I looked at the ones built in Lakecity and they just did not compare. One thing I do know is that HOM has a good warranty so you should contact your dealer and go from there. Good luck.
